Unfortunately, there are times that items customers have ordered are not available for delivery immediately. When this occurs, the outstanding balance of the order will ship the moment the product becomes available. If you have purchased a back-ordered item, please allow for up to seven to fourteen business days for shipment.

If you wish to check on your purchases, simply click the link titled “My Account” on the top right-hand corner of the website. Once logged in, scroll down to view the page to click on Order and Billing History. On this page, you can view all recent and prior orders.
You can always reach out to our customer service representatives via e-mail for order tracking inquiries. To do so please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your account number, order number, or previous order number. Additionally, you can use the Contact Us Form by locating the header tab and then filling out the form.
The other option is to contact our Customer Service department directly at 570-609-5294. They will provide you with a timeline of your purchase, and when it will be delivered.
Cook Brothers Industrial will ship using the shipping method as selected by our customer at the time of checkout. If you wish to change the shipping method once your order has been submitted, please contact us immediately through any of the methods above.
Cook Brothers Industrial cannot be held responsible for any errors in shipping due to the customer providing us with the wrong address, the customer not being home when requested for delivery if signature is required or product that has been damaged in transit. In any of these cases, please contact us immediately so Cook Brothers Industrial can work on a reasonable solution.
Refund and Returns Policy
Cook Brothers Industrial will issue a full refund for any unopened merchandise returned within 30 days. The refund will mirror the method of original payment - if paid via credit card, the refund will be issued to the credit card. All returns are reviewed the day they are received. If you would like to return merchandise, please email us at email@example.com to request a Return Authorization Number prior to sending the merchandise back to us.
